Role Overview

Campus HR Intern

• Unpaid Term (First 2 Months):

  Training and hands-on exposure to HR basics.

• Paid Term (Post-Completion):

  Based on performance and recommendation, interns will transition into a

  paid HR internship

Key Responsibilities

Unpaid Term (2 Months)

• Post internship/job listings on job portals and social platforms.
• Source and screen applicants for the Social Media Marketing internship.
• Maintain and update the applicant database on a weekly basis.
• Submit weekly progress reports to the HR team.

Paid Term (Upon Promotion)

• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding selected interns and employees.
• Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Contribute to people management and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in performance analysis and preparing evaluation reports.
