Unpaid Internship - HR


HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Draft HR documents such as job descriptions, policies, and offer letters
  • Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in performance management and training activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
