Job Title: Content Creator Intern(Propearl) Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar (Hybrid / Remote-Friendly) Are you someone who scrolls Instagram not just for fun but with an eye for trends, captions, and content ideas? Do you think in Reels, captions, and storytelling—and can express that creatively. Propearl , a results-driven social media marketing and digital branding agency , is on the lookout for a Content Creator Intern who can help shape and amplify our clients' digital presence. We create compelling, high-performing content for schools, startups, influencers, and consumer brands across India. As part of our content team, you’ll work on real campaigns, build your portfolio, and contribute to strategies that impact thousands of followers daily. Internship Details Stipend: Unpaid Duration: 1–3 months Languages Required: Gujarati – Mandatory Hindi and/or English – Optional but preferred What You’ll Do Create engaging content in Gujarati for Instagram Reels, Stories, and LinkedIn Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy tailored to brand tone and audience Work closely with design/video teams to support ongoing campaigns Research trends, viral formats, and apply them creatively to local content Assist in influencer collaborations, scheduling posts, and reporting content performance What We’re Looking For Strong storytelling in Gujarati with a sense of humour, emotion, or relatability Creative mindset tuned to local culture , visual trends, and online behaviour Comfortable using Canva , CapCut , or similar tools (basic knowledge sufficient) Good communication skills and ability to work independently on deadlines Passion for digital branding, content marketing, and audience engagement Bonus Points Created Reels, Shorts, or similar for personal or brand use Active on Instagram or have a content portfolio/page in Gujarati Familiarity with meme culture, ASMR content, or niche reel formats Internship Perks Real-time exposure to brands, influencers, and digital strategy Mentorship from experienced social media marketers Certificate, Letter of Recommendation & growth feedback Flexible working hours (remote/hybrid setup) Opportunity for full-time role after internship based on performance About Propearl Propearl is a creative-led social media marketing agency that helps brands connect with their audience through storytelling, strategy, and digital innovation.
