Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and empathetic content for

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads

  (posts, reels, short videos, blogs, etc.)
• Develop

  mental health–related content

  around mindfulness, therapy, healing journeys, and self-care
• Write short, impactful captions, scripts, and blog content aligned with TooHeal’s voice
• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who loves storytelling and understands digital audiences
• Passionate about

  mental wellness, psychology, or self-improvement

• Skilled in writing, short-form video ideation, or content planning
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced startup

  with ownership and creativity

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of

  social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior

• Good sense of

  visual storytelling, tone, and timing

  in short-form content
• Prior experience or a

  portfolio of creative work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to

  adapt content to different formats and audiences
