About the Role

HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and contribute to initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.


Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Support HR team in performance management, payroll assistance, and attendance tracking.

Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.

Draft and circulate HR-related communications such as offer letters, announcements, and memos.

Research and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and organizational culture.


Qualifications

Human Resources / Business Administration / Management / related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
