Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management duties. The intern will also contribute to the overall development and maintenance of a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience or understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
