Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist the HR department with day-to-day tasks such as managing employee records, supporting recruitment processes, conducting orientations, and assisting with HR policies and procedures. Other duties include helping with employee benefits administration and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
