Credit Manager

Manages the day-to-day operations of accounts receivables, ensuring that invoices being sent out are correct and dispersed in a timely manner.

Follows up on any delinquent accounts.

Researches and decides upon credit authorization for incoming customers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

4-year bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.

Managing Work, Projects, and Policies

To ensure and verify daily city ledger transfers and credit card transfers are properly reconciled by AR team members.

1. To ensure cluster properties PM accounts and open folios are in current
2. To maintain cluster properties aging are in current month.
3. To coordinate and implements and follow up on Accounting SOPs and LSOP audits for all areas of cluster properties
4. To ensure internal audits and loyalty audits are in green zone.
5. To ensure refunds and charge back are returned back to guest on time.
6. Verifies group contracts and performs credit reference checks for direct billed groups.
7. Review and approve Marriott Bonvoy reconciliations.
8. To drive the cluster property credit meetings each month.
9. To drive month and without any discrepancies.
