About the Role

This internship offers exposure to multiple HR functions ranging from Compensation & Benefits to Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement, giving you hands-on experience in both strategic and operational HR.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:

• Compensation & Benefits – building compensation frameworks, insurance policy analysis
• Learning & Development – Peer & Spot Recognition Program, New Manager Handbook & Training Design, HRBP Handbook, GPTW readiness projects
• Culture & Engagement – Contribute to engagement initiatives and analyze employee feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for HR, people, and workplace culture
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Business Administration, or related fields
• Prior internship experience in HR preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
