Job Description

Investment Analyst / Associate – Private Credit & Growth Debt

origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring


What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate & Execute Deals:

    Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.

  • Origination Support:

    Perform market/sector research, track borrower/sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Portfolio Monitoring:

    Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators.

  • Internal Collaboration:

    Work with legal, risk, and operations teams; support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio reviews.

  • What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

    • 2–3 years

      of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting.
    • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling/valuation is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
