Roles & Responsibilities: Post job ads across job boards and social platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Maintain and update employee/candidate records. Coordinate with team members and organize virtual trainings. Submit daily updates via Google Form. Dedicate at least 2 hours/day (6 days/week). Connect with universities for internship outreach. Requirements: Current student, fresher, or candidate with <1 year experience. Basic conversational English and Hindi fluency. Eagerness to learn and adapt.
