Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR department in daily operations. Tasks include assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role requires maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, organizing training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various roles
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Support onboarding and induction activities
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job portals

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA or any HR-related degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
