We focus on conceptual clarity, personalized learning, and competitive success.🔎 About the InternshipWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and faculty management processes. This role offers a real-time learning experience in recruitment, coordination, documentation, and internal HR operations.📌 Key Responsibilities

Assist in hiring subject faculty (screening, calling, scheduling interviews.
Maintain applicant database and update recruitment tracker
Help conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Support onboarding and documentation process
Coordinate with selected candidates for joining letters and ID generation
Attend internal faculty meetings and support admin as needed

✅ Eligibility & Skills

Currently pursuing/completed graduation (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable with WhatsApp/phone-based interaction
Interest in education sector and HR operations
Prior internship experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
