Role Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Faculty for Classes 11 & 12 at our Sagarpur center. This is an on-site role that involves batch-based teaching, lesson planning, interactive classroom delivery, and mentoring students in alignment with the CBSE/NCERT curriculum. You will be part of a growing and collaborative academic team committed to student success. Key Responsibilities Deliver concept-based Chemistry lectures for Class 11–12 students. Plan lessons and complete syllabus within timelines. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and board-focused preparation. Use creative and engaging teaching methods to improve student understanding. Maintain classroom discipline and regular communication with students. Collaborate with faculty for academic reviews and workshops. Qualifications Lesson Planning and Teaching skills Expertise in Chemistry Education Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field Prior teaching experience (1–2 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CBSE/NCERT syllabus. Ability to simplify complex topics with real-world examples. Lesson planning and classroom management skills.
