About the Role

Human Resource Intern


This is a hands-on role for someone who’s people-oriented, creative, and detail-driven — perfect if you want to learn how startup culture and people operations come together.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute

    employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs

  • Maintain and update

    engagement calendars

    , invites, reminders, and feedback forms
  • Coordinate

    preboarding and onboarding

    : emails, asset allocation, document collection, IDs, and Day 1 experience
  • Support

    inductions, training sessions, and team introductions

    for new hires
  • Assist in

    employer branding content creation

    (photos, posts, internal comms) and

    wellness initiatives

  • Maintain

    HRIS data, trackers, and compliance records

    with attention to accuracy
  • Work with

    Admin and IT

    teams for asset allocation, supply management, and other employee needs


What We’re Looking For

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in

    HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

  • Prior internship experience in

    HR, events, campus engagement, or people functions

    is a plus
  • Extroverted, energetic, and

    people-first mindset

  • Strong organizational skills with a

    keen eye for detail

  • Creative, adaptable, and proactive with a willingness to take ownership
  • Must be

    based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

    and able to work

    on-site at our Vashi office
