Hiring: HR Intern

Position: Human Resources InternLocation: Work from Office OnlyDuration: 3-Month InternshipExperience: Fresher

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Track attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll coordination.
• Support performance management activities (KRAs, reviews, feedback collection).
• Help in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ready to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Open to learning HR tech tools (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Asana).
• Eager to explore innovations in HR, including AI-driven HR solutions.
