Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and customer personas. Content Planning & Execution: Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent voice, aesthetic, and message across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms like Threads or Snapchat). Growth & Engagement: Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building through innovative formats (Reels, Stories, Lives, User-Generated Content, etc.), influencer collaborations, and engagement tactics. Brand Building: Establish Roov as a lifestyle authority by crafting narratives that reinforce our values, visual identity, and tone of voice. Champion creative campaigns and moment marketing that resonate with our target audience. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using relevant metrics. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategy and improve results. Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align social content with broader business goals and launches. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with D2C lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands . Strong understanding of content marketing, digital trends, consumer psychology , and brand storytelling . Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, Buffer, or similar scheduling and analytics tools). Excellent communication skills, creative vision, and attention to visual aesthetics. Proven track record of scaling brand presence and engagement organically. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a startup mindset. About Us: Roov Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing D2C fashion brand building modern, tech-driven experiences for Gen-Z and millennial consumers. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team and lead the development of cutting-edge, scalable, and high-performance eCommerce solutions. Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our eCommerce web platform, integrating with Shopify and other APIs, and delivering seamless front-end and back-end experiences. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and product managers to build intuitive, fast, and responsive user journeys. Key Responsibilities: Build, scale, and maintain high-performing eCommerce websites for our D2C brand. Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js , TailwindCSS, etc. Manage backend architecture using Node.js , Express, and MongoDB or other relevant databases. Integrate with Shopify APIs , plugins, and headless storefronts (Shopify Hydrogen preferred). Optimize performance, speed, and SEO of the web application. Implement secure payment gateways, inventory syncing, and customer accounts. Build dashboards, internal tools, and admin portals to automate business functions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to turn ideas into reality. Ensure code quality with unit testing, documentation, and deployment best practices. Monitor bugs, handle troubleshooting, and ensure platform stability across browsers and devices. Required Skills & Qualifications (Updated): Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack development. Proficient in Node.js , React.js , and RESTful APIs . Strong experience with Shopify , Liquid, Shopify Admin API, and storefront customizations. Working knowledge of MongoDB , Firebase , or SQL databases. Experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.) for hosting, deployments, and infrastructure management. Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Vercel, Netlify, AWS). Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and web security best practices. Familiarity with agile workflows and version control (Git). Bonus: Knowledge of GraphQL, Shopify Hydrogen, or Headless CMS.
