About the Role:

We’re looking for driven and detail-oriented HR graduates who are excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing organization. As an HR Intern at Galaxy Weblinks, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR Operations team—managing core functions, coordinating employee processes, and contributing to an inclusive and engaging workplace. This internship is a great opportunity to understand real-time HR operations while being mentored by seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations including on boarding, documentation, and database maintenance

Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records accurately

Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and generating related reports

Coordinate internal employee engagement activities and support communication efforts

Help draft HR letters, presentations, and reports

Ensure policy compliance and assist in refining HR processes

Participate in HR audits, internal projects, and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

MBA in Human Resources (pursuing or recently completed)

Solid understanding of HR principles and a genuine interest in HR operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to take initiative
