Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern position located in Siliguri. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR policies, supporting communication activities, and managing personnel records. The role also involves assisting in employee engagement initiatives and providing support with tasks related to recruitment, employee benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits standards
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and addressing employee concerns
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Active enrollment in a human resources, business administration, or related academic program, or recent completion of such a program
