Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, support employee benefits administration, and provide support to the HR management team. Day-to-day tasks may include updating personnel records, reviewing HR documents, assisting in the coordination of recruitment, and supporting various HR projects and initiatives. The role will also involve collaboration with a wide range of team members to ensure a supportive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR operations
• Proficiency in using HR tools and software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
