We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team onsite in Aligarh. You will assist in recruitment, talent management, and community engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions within a fast-growing Web3 community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and attracting talented interns and volunteers for various Web3 Aligarh activities.
• Support organizing recruitment drives and screening candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and communicate with potential candidates.
• Assist in planning and coordinating community events, meetups, and workshops.
• Help with documentation, attendance tracking, and onboarding processes.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and help build a positive community environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing graduation or have completed graduation in any discipline.
• Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, or technology is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Aligarh.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory).
