Human Resources Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Intern who in future will lead our HR department, driving the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures. The successful

candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while promoting a

positive workplace culture that aligns with our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our company's

objectives.

2) Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, to ensure the selection of

high-quality talent.

3) Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

4) Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

5) Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and

performance evaluations.

6) Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.

7) Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and other confidential information.

8) Promote a positive workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.

9) Manage HR projects, such as organisational development and succession planning.

10) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
