Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing support in personnel management. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting the management of employee relations. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
