This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, remote environment and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in human resources.Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying hiring needs and executing recruitment plans Manage candidate sourcing and application review Coordinate interviews and candidate communication Support onboarding documentation and HR systems Contribute to training and performance management processes Help maintain HR policies and internal communicationCandidate Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with MS Excel and basic HR tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in business, marketing, or related field preferred Available immediately for a remote internship of 1–3 months or longerBenefits • Experience Certificate upon completion • Letter of Recommendation based on performance • Flexible working hours • Remote work environment
