Date of Joining (Tentative) - Will be decided after interview ( Immediate Joining ). Job Location - In-office opportunity at Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Not a Remote opportunity). Job Role - The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and sales of our cutting-edge IT product in both B2B and Enterprise sectors. This role demands a proactive engagement in Marketing initiatives, campaigns and client communications and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment. Job Description - Market Analysis : Conducting/overseeing the market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities, helping to shape sales and marketing initiatives. B2B and Enterprise Sales : Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, for both B2B and Enterprise clients. Sales Campaigns : Develop and execute targeted email, LinkedIn etc. campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and optimize campaign performance. Prospect, Lead, and Client Communication : Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, leads, and clients through various channels including email, phone, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cold Calling : Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling (if required) to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team. Lead Generation : Implement data-driven lead generation strategies, leveraging historical data and market insights to identify and cultivate potential customers. Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, including prospects, market analysis, clients, and leads. Utilize Google docs/excel/other tools to organize and manage data effectively, track progress, and generate reports as needed. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless product sales and ongoing support. Skills required - IT Knowledge : A Good understanding of IT products with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders (experience in B2B product sales is preferrable). Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the product's value proposition. Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering compelling and persuasive presentations to various audiences, including clients and partners (in future if any) Global Market Awareness: Knowledge of international markets and cultural nuances, if applicable, to facilitate global expansion Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving product features. Ability to work before deadlines Experience working on sales tools. Extrovert, people’s person, interactive, Sociable. Working on Microsoft word and Google docs, Maintaining and managing excel and spreadsheets, making powerpoint and Google slides presentations. Job Requirements - Proven experience in IT product sales, with a minimum of [6] months of relevant sales experience. Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome sales challenges. Knowledge of the IT industry and its trends. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
