Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

2. Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates

3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers

4. Supporting in conducting preliminary HR interviews

5. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers

6. Coordinating with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process


Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills(English, Hindi).

2. Knowledge of MS office applications. (MS Word, Excel, etc.)


Skills/Qualifications

1. Any graduate or master's degree in human resource management or equivalent field.

2. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.

5. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
