Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern based in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities include supporting HR management, and developing and implementing HR policies. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in developing and managing HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
