Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern based in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities include supporting HR management, and developing and implementing HR policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and managing HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
