Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the

  onboarding process

  of new hires.
• Post job openings across various platforms and manage applications.
• Support in

  screening, sourcing, and shortlisting

  candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Provide day-to-day support in

  HR operations.

• Help maintain and update the

  HR database & employee records.

• Contribute to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
