Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Manager located in Hazaribagh. The Telesales Manager will oversee day-to-day telesales operations, manage and train the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and sales outcomes.

• Excellent Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategy development
• Ability to work independently and motivate a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
