Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
  • Maintain and update employee databases, records, and HR documents.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
  • Research on best HR practices and suggest process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
