Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Varanasi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel management. The intern will also gain exposure to HR management practices and support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and understanding of HR Policies
• Experience or coursework in HR Management and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
