Human Resources (HR) Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Using job portals such as LinkedIn, Apna, Internshala, and others for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining updated candidate databases and trackers.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms and monitoring application flow.
• Onboarding & Documentation:
• Supporting employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintaining accurate and organized employee records.
• Employee Engagement & Culture:
• Helping plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Contributing ideas to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
• HR Operations & Administration:
• Managing attendance, leave records, and daily HR coordination.
• Assisting with preparation of HR reports, internal communications, and policy updates.
• Participating in performance management tracking and feedback collection.
• Process Improvement:
• Collaborating with the HR team to optimize internal HR processes.
• Staying updated on HR best practices and suggesting process improvements for efficiency.
