Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Candidate Communication: Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics between hiring managers and candidates, and sending confirmation emails.
Application Tracking: Update candidate statuses (e.g., "Screening," "Interview Scheduled," "Offer Extended").
Job Posting Management: Post, refresh, and remove job openings on various platforms (company website, LinkedIn, university career sites).
Data Entry: Accurately input and update employee information (contact details, changes in status, training completion) in the HRIS.
General Correspondence: Draft internal HR communications, memos, and professional emails as requested by the HR team.
Process Documentation: Assist in updating and maintaining HR procedural manuals, guides, and systems.
General Clerical Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative and clerical support to the HR Director or Manager, such as printing, binding, scanning, and preparing presentation materials.
Visitor Management: Greet and direct candidates, vendors, and other non-employee visitors to the appropriate contact or meeting location (a key aspect of the initial candidate/visitor experience).
