Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Muthoot Financecompany, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our HR team to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and recruitment processes.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-screening assessments.
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for staff.
• Support in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Assist in handling HR-related inquiries and providing timely responses.
• Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
