Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Assist in hiring for technical (engineering, product, and data) and non-technical (business, marketing, and operations) roles
Coordinate and support campus engagement efforts: Outreach, scheduling, shortlisting, and assessments
Partner on intern hiring drives and manage relationships with placement cells and student communities
Work alongside TA specialists and leadership to support critical and leadership-level hiring
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, dashboards, and databases
Conduct market research on industry benchmarks, talent pools, and compensation trends
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and culture across candidate touchpoints
Contribute to employer branding via social media content, events, and outreach initiatives
