Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Onboarding & documentation: Prepare new hire documentation, support in orientation sessions, and ensure proper filing of employee records (digital or physical).
Recruitment support: Assist in resume screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, collect and compile candidate feedback post-interviews, update and maintain recruitment trackers (Excel/ATS).
Employee engagement: Support in planning small engagement activities, and collect feedback from employees on engagement initiatives.
Learning & exposure: Shadow HRBP/HR team in meetings to understand business-HR alignment, learn basics of HR compliance.
