Human Resources (HR) Internship in Chennai

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at our Conceptual Media, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.

• Assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new hire information.
• Assisting with onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Helping to organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Assisting with performance appraisal processes and employee feedback sessions.
• Providing support with HR-related inquiries and addressing employee concerns.
• Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
