As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Quincare Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting in various HR tasks and projects to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork completion.
Maintain and update employee records and databases using MS-Office and Google Forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.
Help in preparing reports and presentations for HR management on employee performance and engagement metrics.
Support in data preparation and analysis for HR initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks and special projects to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
