Job Summary

The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, documentation, and office administration.Key ResponsibilitiesHR ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee records, files, and HR databasesAssist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, follow-ups, documentation)Handle onboarding and exit formalities (offer letters, joining formalities, exit clearance)Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee dataAssist in payroll coordination by sharing attendance and employee dataEnsure compliance with HR policies and internal proceduresSupport employee engagement activities and internal communicationAdministrative ResponsibilitiesManage office administration and daily office requirementsCoordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility managementMaintain office inventory, stationery, and assetsHandle travel arrangements, visitor management, and front-office coordinationEnsure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin role (Freshers may apply if trained)Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, and complianceProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communicationGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills
