Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Recruiting support:
  • Assist with job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Support in organizing and participating in career fairs or recruitment events.
  • Onboarding & new hire experience:
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Assist in creating and organizing new hire orientation materials.
  • Support the HR team in delivering a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Administration assistance:
  • Help with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Assist employees with basic benefits inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Support in maintaining accurate benefits records and documentation.
  • Employee feedback & coaching support:
  • Assist in preparing materials for performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Help gather and organize employee feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Learn about and support the processes for employee coaching and development initiatives.
  • HR operations & administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR reporting and document management.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle general administrative tasks for the HR department, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
