We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (International Domain) to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international HR practices, including batch management, client interaction, and query resolution. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about global HR practices.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

International batch management: Coordinate and manage onboarding batches for international students/clients, ensuring smooth scheduling and participation.
Query resolution: Address and resolve HR-related queries from international students and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Welcome calls: Conduct introductory and welcome calls with international clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Support HR operations: Assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and updating databases.
Communication & coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination for international programs.
Learning & development: Support HR in training coordination, feedback collection, and continuous engagement activities.
