Position: Admission Counsellor Experience: 1 to 2 Years Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Industry: Ed-Tech (Mandatory) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience in the Ed-Tech industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, understanding their educational goals, and matching them with the right programs. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to provide accurate information about courses, admission criteria, and benefits. Manage end-to-end admissions process, including lead follow-up, scheduling consultations, and guiding applicants through enrollment. Convert leads into successful enrollments by building strong rapport and demonstrating course value. Maintain detailed records of student interactions and regularly update CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and enrollment. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in counselling or sales roles in the Ed-Tech industry (mandatory) . Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Ability to understand and match student needs with course offerings. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Preferred Attributes: Experience working with online learning platforms or educational products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Fluency in English and at least one regional language is a plus.
