Human Resources (HR) Internship

The selected intern will be responsible for assisting the HR Team with daily organizational communication and day-to-day operational activities. They will also assist in Talent Acquisition for Pan India branches by sourcing resumes, candidate calling, and interview coordination. Additionally, the intern will be involved in preparing presentations, employee birthday wishes, and long service rewards. Furthermore, the intern will work independently on projects related to employee experience, rewards & recognition, benefits and welfare, as well as learning & development. They will also be responsible for market research and analysis for the HR department, including activities such as salary benchmarking and identifying employee best practices.
