Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting the HR Team with daily organizational communication, day-to-day operational activities
Assist in Talent Acquisition for Pan India branches by sourcing resumes, candidate calling, interview coordination, etc.
Preparing presentations, employee birthday wishes, and long service rewards
Working independently on projects like employee experience, rewards & recognition, benefits and welfare, L&D, etc.
Market research and analysis for HR dept - salary benchmarking, employee best practices, etc.
