Human Resources (HR) Executive

The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the company's goals. Managing the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to performance management, promotions, and exits - will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to maintain and regularly update HR policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally. Monitoring and maintaining employee records and HRMS systems will also be part of your duties. Designing and conducting training & development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge is essential. Promoting a positive workplace culture and organizing employee engagement activities will be crucial in fostering a productive work environment. You will be expected to support management in strategic planning by providing HR insights and data. Ensuring compliance with statutory and labor laws, including EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc., is a vital aspect of the role.
