Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition & daily interviews:
  • Conduct daily online interviews for various academic and non-academic positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews through Google Meet.
  • Maintain interview calendar and ensure timely communication with shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, communication skills, and job fit.
  • Candidate coordination & communication:
  • Send interview invitations, reminders, and follow-up messages to candidates.
  • Share job roles, responsibilities, and organization details with applicants.
  • Handle queries of candidates through email, WhatsApp, or calls.
  • Selection & onboarding process:
  • Share offer details and selection updates with chosen candidates.
  • Complete joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide orientation about company policies, work culture, reporting structure, and role expectations.
  • Documentation & verification:
  • Collect and verify candidate documents (ID proofs, education certificates, experience letters, etc.).
  • Maintain proper digital records of all documents and personnel files.
  • Ensure background checks and reference verifications are completed.
  • HR MIS & reporting:
  • Maintain daily records of interviews conducted, shortlisted, selected, and joined candidates.
  • Update recruitment dashboards and share daily/weekly hiring reports with management.
  • HR compliance & policy adherence:
  • Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes are as per HR policies and organizational standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and company policies.
  • Employee lifecycle support:
  • Support new employees during probation and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
  • Provide assistance in employee grievances, attendance, and HR queries as required.
