About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to follow up on leads and admission inquiries 2. Provide accurate and persuasive information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects 3. Ensure that at least two potential students (leads) visit the college/university campus daily for in-person counselling 4. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, interest levels, and visit confirmations 5. Coordinate with the on-campus counselling team for handling walk-ins and scheduled visits 6. Assist in sending follow-up emails, admission reminders, and promotional communication via ERP or email platforms 7. Support the admissions team during admission drives and campus events (on-site only when required) Performance Expectations: 1. 100 calls/day to prospective students 2. Minimum 2 confirmed walk-in visits/day from assigned or self-generated leads 3. Maintain proper call and visit logs in CRM or designated system 4. Strong written communication in English 5. Experience in tele-counselling, student outreach, or admission calling is a plus 6.
