Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to follow up on leads and admission inquiries Provide accurate and persuasive information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects Ensure that at least two potential students (leads) visit the college/university campus daily for in-person counselling Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, interest levels, and visit confirmations Coordinate with the on-campus counselling team for handling walk-ins and scheduled visits Assist in sending follow-up emails, admission reminders, and promotional communication via ERP or email platforms Support the admissions team during admission drives and campus events (on-site only when required) About Company: Saroj Institute of Technology and Management was established in the year 2001 and has strived to provide the best engineering education to its students through well-qualified and dedicated faculty and the provision of well-equipped modern labs.
