Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & onboarding:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Conduct onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • HR operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance management:
  • Assist in tracking performance appraisal processes.
  • Help in managing probation evaluations and confirmation processes.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
